13. Define Your Ideal Paradigm

To achieve any goal you must clearly and concisely define that goal. Take the time to define your ideal life. See yourself living that life. Make a detailed list of every area you want changed and how, exactly, you want it to change. In basic psychology we are shown the figure called the pyramid of needs. Until our need for food, water, and shelter are met, we cannot reach for our social needs to be met, and until our social needs are met, we cannot reach out for the need of entertainment. Similarly as you define your ideal paradigm you will first focus on your most basic need that is not currently met.
