15. Consistency Will Change Your Life

In order to make a consistent change in our way of life, we need to develop habits and we need to network with like-minded individuals. Supportive people can help us to stay plugged into the process of success. Here we must examine to what groups we belong, with what people we associate, and with whom we hang out. There may be family members who pull us down or who oppose our goals, people that we cannot eliminate from our lives; still, we may be able to limit the time we spend with them. Most of our friends and our groups are chosen by our own free will, however, and should be analyzed as to the quality of the influence that they have on our lives.
